A space to be your true self.

Overwhelmed?

Always striving?

Hard on yourself?

For those who set high expectations for themselves, dwell on mistakes, and struggle to feel that they've done enough.

Coaching to help you move beyond self-criticism and make room for a life that doesn't demand perfection.

Coaching for a life beyond perfectionism.

Growth doesn't have to mean constantly pushing yourself to do more, achieve more, or become someone different.

Inspired by Japanese philosophies such as wabi-sabi and yoyΕ«, we explore how to let go of perfectionism, practice self-compassion, and create more breathing room in your life.

It's about finding a way forward that feels true to who you are.

A whole new way to approach growth, without the pressure to be perfect.

In our coaching conversations, there's room to slow down, reflect, and explore what matters most to you.

Rather than pushing toward someone else's definition of success, we focus on building self-trust, recognizing your strengths, and discovering what works for your life.

Because meaningful growth isn't about becoming someone else. It's about becoming more comfortable being yourself.

Meet Kyoko

Hi there!

I'm Kyoko Swaile, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Registered Health Coach. I've also completed Levels 1 and 2 training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping) through EFT International.

Before becoming a coach, I ran my own Japanese-English translation business for 25 years. Working between two languages and cultures taught me to appreciate the nuances of human experience and the importance of understanding what lies beneath the surface.

Drawing from my Japanese roots, I bring philosophies such as wabi-sabi, yoyΕ«, and kintsugi into my coaching. These perspectives shape how I support people navigating perfectionism, burnout, and personal growth.

My approach combines whole-person well-being, self-compassion, and practices such as EFT Tapping to support emotional well-being and greater self-awareness.

I also specialize in ADHD and AuDHD coaching, bringing lived experience, specialized training, and a neurodivergent-affirming perspective to my practice.

My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, reconnect with what matters to you, and create a life that feels more like your own.
