Overwhelmed?
Burned out?
Blaming yourself?
A space to feel understood.
Neurodivergent-affirming coaching for ADHD and AuDHD adults, at a pace that works for you.
Support that meets you where you are
Holistic coaching for neurodivergent adults navigating burnout, overwhelm, and recovery with a focus on nervous system regulation and sustainable well-being.
Designed for autonomy, agency, and nervous system regulation.
Neurodivergent support should not feel like pressure, fixing, or being pushed toward someone elseβs idea of success.
My coaching protects your autonomy, strengthens your agency, and supports nervous system regulation.
Together, we slow down, notice what your body is communicating, and explore what feels possible.
This is not about forcing productivity.
It is about building self-trust and creating sustainable ways of living that work with your brain and body.

Meet Kyoko
Hi there!
My name is Kyoko Swaile, NBC-HWC. Iβm a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Registered Health Coach, with additional training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Levels 1 and 2 through EFT International.
As someone diagnosed with autism and ADHD later in life, this work is deeply personal to me.
Before coaching, my path began in language. For over two decades, I ran a Japanese-English translation business, where I developed a deep appreciation for nuance, context, and the meaning beneath the surface.
Today, that same love of translation shapes my coaching: translating neurodivergent experience into self-understanding, nervous system awareness, and choices that feel truly your own.
